With all the news on government spying and organizations allowing enforcement agencies access to Cloud systems, should businesses be wary of putting their information in the Cloud? What, if any, measures can someone take to ensure that the mission-critical information is secure? How does a Cloud provider deal with a warrant or warrantless request for access to data from a law enforcement agency?
