What: Seattle’s first dedicated matchmaking service for dog care providers and dog owners, Rover.com officially launched in November 2011. Those in need of temporary care for their own personal Rover can browse profiles, read reviews and contact dog care providers on Rover.com to find the perfect match. The team at Rover.com believes that people who truly love dogs make the best care providers.

Responsibilities: The Customer Experience team is the backbone of Rover.com. As a member of their team, you treat customers as friends and part of their community, because they are all passionate about the same thing. You give dog owners and sitters a great experience that inspires them to tell their friends about Rover. You never settle for good enough and always go above and beyond for a customer. You take the initiative to improve yourself and Rover. You see your coworkers as a family, not just a team. You can laugh at yourself. You bring your unique experiences and passions to your job everyday.

Rover.com is looking for a rockstar to be the newest addition to their support team. Their support style is fun, genuine, and frankly, a little weird.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will:
– Create an exceptional, personal service experience for customers
– Build on-going relationships with customers, providing superior customer support
– Follow appropriate procedures for common and urgent customer problems
– Act as the primary contact (email/phone/chat) for a dedicated number of customers
– Focus on customer retention and improving overall customer satisfaction
– Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through
– Be willing to work weekends and comfortable with a flexible schedule.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree
– 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer support a plus
– Love dogs and technology!

Bonus Skills:
– Used Rover.com as an owner or a sitter
– Writing, training, or systems experience
– Startup experience
– Leadership Experience
