What: You love the web as much as you want to work in a fun environment. Entercom Seattlemotivated Digital Coordinator to join their Creative team. As the Digital Coordinator, you will work closely with the Creative Services Manager in managing online and mobile presences for brands as well as build sites for programming initiatives.
Adherence to deadlines and strong communication skills are a must, as you will work with many people in the company. The ability to work in teams and have a positive, solution-minded attitude is also essential. This position will assume responsibility for both our most challenging and regular production projects.
Entercom works with many types of media. Any and all experience with video, photo and audio editing, wordpress, graphic design or advertising/marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
• Create and maintain dynamic HTML and PHP code-based sites
• Build functionality into designed web site comps for sales purposes
• Create turnkey, interactive templates for newsletters, comps and other assets to leverage in sales purposes
• Work with The Creative Services Department on digital-based projects and database management
• Serve as Website quality control monitor, make necessary updates, verify HTML, ensure that all links stay active on web sites and microsites
• Perform quality control tests to improve the architecture of the site
• Create and maintain information-capturing web forms and databases
• Create RSS feeds from station Web sites as applicable
• Assist in design and creation and oversee execution of station mobile applications.
• Provide technical support to company staff
• Work effectively in time sensitive situations. Meet tight deadlines and simultaneously coordinate multiple tasks.
*Work with Digital PD on content strategy using the best available resources.
• Take a leadership role in driving digital presence and visits
