Position: Demand Generation Manager
Where: Seattle
What: This role requires a highly motivated individual who is comfortable with rapid changes in direction and environment. Responsibilities:
Develop campaigns to build a qualified, engaged pipeline of leads for our Inside and Direct Sales team
Determine appropriate mix of online campaign elements including email, webinars, search, social, advertising with compelling calls to action to deliver pipeline goals
Understanding of the lead flow process and how to measure progress at each stage
Collaborate with product managers and corporate marketing team to launch new products
Collaborate with content marketing to create catalog of content and sales enablement material to support campaigns
Consistently iterate and improve marketing programs through measurement and optimization
Collaborate with Sales Operations to manage the lead flow process, technology and prescriptive use of CRM
Marketing administrator for Microsoft Dynamics and ActOn
Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and ActOn, or equivalent CRM/Marketing Automation
Highly developed interpersonal skills to effectively lead and work with cross-functional teams
Data-driven marketer with a focus on measurement and optimization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
Be both independent and a team player focused on excellence
BA/BS in Business Management or Marketing
5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, communications
