Position: Creative Designer
Where: Seattle
What: Moss Adams is seeking as Creative Designer for our National Office in Seattle. Under the direction of the Creative Services Manager, the Creative Designer participates in the development and execution of visual components of the firm’s marketing communications and sales materials, as well as internal communications and other firm operations initiatives. This position is looked to for digital and print design work as well as knowledge of firm brand standards. Individual must be able to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
•Designs print collateral — brochures, flyers, invitations, advertising, infographics, reports and other promotional materials — working in a collaborative environment with design team, copywriters and other sales and marketing personnel
•Creates wireframes, mockups, and artwork for web, email and other digital projects incorporating an understanding of UX best practices and simple frame animation
•Works with the communications team, HR representatives, training and development specialists, and other professionals to create compelling materials to communicate new strategies, programs, and initiatives to the firm at large
•Serves as an ambassador of firm brand standards, helping to protect the visual identity of the firm
•Produces artwork in varied formats according to the specifications of sales and marketing personnel and other internal stakeholders
•Works with production specialist and printers to fulfill production of each project, providing comprehensive and accurate mechanicals
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field required
•Three years of agency or corporate design experience
•Expert Knowledge of Mac computer design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Professional and Photoshop)
•Familiarity with web protocols and understanding of web design in relation to mobile, responsive, cross platform compatibility
•Animation capabilities in Photoshop
•Strong PowerPoint and MS Office Word skills
•Demonstrated poise, tact, and good judgment
•Able to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
•Customer service oriented, responsive and pro-active
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
