This position will work closely with the video production and project management teams.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, design, and produce print designs (e.g. handouts, promotional materials, supplementary downloads) to be incorporated within innovative online healthcare e-learning curriculum.
Provide creative input and direction within the visual design for our video-based online curriculum.
Consult with staff to identify their graphics needs and reasonable deadlines for the project.
Work closely with project management and post-production team in the development of courses and other educational assets.
Collaborate with Patient Education Product Managers in the design and development of patient education handouts and assets.
Garner feedback from national and international healthcare experts to best understand how to visually design these graphics.
Be detailed oriented, able to take direction and interested in contributing new ideas and increasing the quality of production in all areas.
Requirements:
Advanced working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and PowerPoint.
Must be able to create work that shows different stylistic choices.
Exceptional strength in creativity, innovative thinking, and design problem solving.
Proficient as a clear and concise communicator.
Be detail oriented, able to take direction and interested in contributing new ideas.
Ability to receive constructive art direction in a professional manner.
Capacity to be flexible with an proven ability to re-prioritize assignments daily (as needed).
Bachelor’s degree is required.
