Parks and Recreation Hack! Join us for a Mobile App Hackathon focused on finding innovative solutions to help people and organizations promote an active lifestyle. Use your passion for coding to develop an App to make it easier to enjoy the great outdoors or other recreational activities. Hackathons are coding competitions, where individuals and teams build mobile apps from scratch over a 24 hour period. The apps are then pitched to judges and prizes award for the best apps. Hackathons are a great opportunity to learn new technologies, network with fellow developers, enjoy some food and most importantly have some fun!

So bring your laptop, skills & ideas and join us for 24 hours of learning, coding and hacking!

We’ll supply quick presentations and code samples that help to bootstrap your hacking, food to keep you going, and caffeine to keep you awake. We will have technical mentors to assist you with your project.
