We specialize in generating internet-consumer leads for insurance agents nationwide. We are experiencing tremendous growth and currently have an opening for a Senior Online Media Buyer. We are currently seeking a Senior Online Media Buyer who has a strong track record of evaluating, negotiating and running direct response campaigns. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, self-motivated, with senior level experience in online lead generation.
Responsibilities:
This position requires that you have a thorough understanding of CPA, CPL, CPC, CPM and revenue sharing models. Your primary responsibility is to plan and execute online media buys efficiently and cost-effectively to reach a required ROI.
What we are looking for:
• Experienced in online media buying for direct response campaigns
• Experienced running lead gen offers with top-tier ad networks, email list owners, super affiliates, and popular media properties
• Possess an existing roster of contacts and relationships to expedite negotiations, close deals and generate traffic immediately
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets, as well as monthly spend of $500K+
• Proven success at optimizing and re-negotiating existing deals to capitalize on ROI
• Evaluate current market within online media properties and identify buys that match target customers.
• Ability to understand varying conversion funnels, varying pay points within funnels, and clearly communicate these to partners
• Experience building unique and long-lasting partnerships with media companies.
Requirements:
• At least 3-5 years online media planning/buying.
• Very strong Microsoft Office and Internet skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in negotiating online media contracts.
• Ability to work independently/efficiently and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
