Hack For Your Mother 2021

May 8, 2021 @ 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

An opportunity to use our diverse talents and perspectives to create better tech-for-good solutions.

Join us online on May 8th for a convening of our tech-for-good community. It’s a chance to get inspired, imagine a better future, and contribute your talent to projects that need your help.

Open Seattle, Code for PDX and DemocracyLab are partnering to create this virtual hackathon event focused on helping tech-for-good projects make incremental progress toward their long-term goals. Projects will need coders, designers, researchers, project managers, subject matter experts, test users, and just ordinary people. Bring your creativity, your collaborative spirit, and a smile to share.

Check out the projects we’re recruiting to participate on DemocracyLab, and feel free to reach out to project leaders now to start preparing for the event.

This hackathon will continue the momentum from our previous sixteen events. Check out these stories to get a sense of what to expect.
