Position: Senior Online Marketing Manager

What: DNA Response, Inc. (DNA) provides turnkey Order Management, e-Commerce and On-line Marketing solution to the Direct Response industry. You will be responsible for development, design and execution of multiple Web marketing strategies that include managing our clients’ pay-for-performance marketing programs with a strong focus on SEM / Google Product Listing Ads along with comparison shopping engines (Bing, NexTag, Shopzilla, etc.) and marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.). This role will be responsible for managing the performance of our clients’ marketing programs to meet the business objectives of the client and DNA Response.

DNA’s unique ECOM2TM platform and services provide improved operational efficiency, reduced transactional costs and incremental revenue while reducing credit card declines and fraud.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and driving online marketing strategies for DNA Response clients based on DNA’s business goals; channel forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of Google Product Listing Ads and the changing landscape of Google SEM related to e-Commerce/products.
• Coordinate management of bidding strategies on comparison shopping engines
• Develop and optimize content at the product level for the client’s product catalog
• Monitor and track daily ad spend budgets and performance of online marketing buys
• Generate marketing performance reports, providing analysis and execute on that analysis to ensure positive ROI where appropriate.
• Coordinate with the client’s marketing and merchandising/promo calendars to ensure that the online marketing.
• Develop and execute PPC programs to ensure effective ROAS results
• Drive the tracking and reporting of marketing performance and web analytics to ensure informed decisions and optimal performance across all marketing channels.
• Perform category mapping and optimization on behalf of the client
• Complete project requests and ad hoc tasks in support of the client’s business
Desired Skills:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on management experience in online marketing. They will also bring to this position proven success in managing in-house or third-party marketing programs on behalf of retail clients. The successful candidate must be able to interface and coordinate well with other teams.
• 5-6 years minimum of experience managing performance based online search marketing programs for a retailer or direct-to-consumer marketer.
• Strong understanding of Google’s changes to Google Product Search and its transition to a paid offering utilizing data feeds and Google Product Listing Ads.
• Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction based on the analysis.
• Strong understanding of online marketing venues, strategies and best practices
• Results-oriented, collaborative work style
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, solid problem-solving skills, and demonstrated teamwork skills
• Knowledge of search listing providers, 3rd party SEM tools, tracking tools, bid-management systems and keyword development tools a plus.
