Join us on this AI tech talk event at Microsoft Reactor (Redmond). We have speakers to share the practical experiences, deep dive tech talks on AI, IoT, and Blockchain.

• 6:30pm – 7:20pm: Predictive Maintenance with IoT, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain

In this session, we will discuss how to use AI to predict possible failures that can happen in hydraulic pipes. In addition, we will show how to develop several modules with IoT edge. Finally, we will also use the Blockchain to record when a fault occurred and when it’s necessary to call qualified personnel to perform the repairs.

• 7:20pm – 8:10pm: Equip medical devices with intelligence using AI on the Edge.
  

In this session we will see how we use different Deep Learning models for the analysis of medical images. Specifically, how to detect gray matter in the spine using dilated convolution techniques. In addition, we will overview the different techniques to perform to optimize/deploy our models on IoT Edge devices such as Raspberry Pi, Coral Dev Board or Jetson Nano.
