AWC: UNLEASHING THE HIDDEN CAPACITY OF YOUR TEAMS

September 26, 2017 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

$15

Presenter Doug Peterson strongly believes that people are sub-optimized. In other words, people have a lot of magic in them that is not utilized. This talk is about what gets in the way of unleashing the hidden capacity in people to improve productivity and get results. We will focus on:

-What is hidden capacity?
-What do leaders need to do to lead better?
-What is in the way?
-What can you do to get more magic out of your team?

Doug will take us through a process to help us get more out of ourselves and our teams, and help us look at leading teams in a different way.
