Who: Speaking is Shannon Patterson, a consultant, facilitator, and educator in the fields of psychology, business, and identity. She holds a faculty appointment at Argosy University and is an associate of The Identity Circle, a consulting firm specializing in identity research and practice. Her expertise and passion is helping people and organizations evolve through aligning what they do with who they are – whether in the workplace, marketplace, or classroom. Shannon’s work is grounded in 15 years of experience across the urban planning, education, and personal development fields.
