Business Development Secrets for Introverts Who Have to Sell, PSBJ
When: Wednesday, April 2, 2014, 8:30am-10:30am
Where: Norton Building, 801 Second Ave, 2nd Floor Conference Room, Seattle
What: Although approximately 50% of the population identifies as introverted, it’s still a very extroverted business world. How do introverts carve out their own path, especially when it comes to establishing themselves as effective entrepreneurs, marketers, and salespeople? This lively presentation will look at how introverts can tap into their natural strengths to challenge the assumption that louder, faster, and bigger is always better when it comes to business development.
Can introverts be true to their nature and be successful at sales, without being fake extroverts? Yes, they can! Introverts have specific innate qualities that lend themselves well to building a strong business by cultivating smart relationships. And the talents they think come naturally to other people are actually skills they can cultivate.
This session will focus on deepening your awareness of your introvert strengths, with a particular emphasis on how those strengths can influence your business development activities. It’s all about designing a successful, sustainable framework, introvert style.
