The two and half hour “performance” engages the audience with intentional networking and practical career tips from three season speakers.

Who:

• Ron Rael is a leadership consultant, professional facilitator and coach to experienced leadership teams and emerging leaders. Training professionals since 1988, Ron’s extensive wisdom and practical solutions, contained in his thirteen books, provide both strategies and tactics for organizational success. • Libby Wagner, poet, author and speaker, is one of the only former poetry professors warmly invited into the boardroom. • RJ Coop is a former 9-year Microsoft Staffing Consultant turned entrepreneur in the vacation & “VolunTourism” industry. His experience at Microsoft taught him how to function at a high level by creating processes and systems that enabled him to break numerous records within the company. After witnessing many friends and family members become negatively impacted by the 2009-2010 company layoffs, RJ decided that he wanted to put his destiny in his own hands. He is accomplishing this by fueling his passion in helping other individuals to build their entrepreneurial dreams. By implementing many of the processes and systems he learned as a Staffing Consultant with Microsoft, he has helped over 400 entrepreneurs, teachers, executives, corporate employees, students and others become a “Master in the Art of Living” by turning their “Dreams Into Reality”.
