In an age of immense volumes of information, increased pressure of urgent needs, your ability to make sound decisions and be capable of evaluating and acting on information is what sets you apart and establishes your personal and professional value. Emotional intelligence is one of the ways that you accept and process even more information.
Critical thinking as a practical tool does not require, but can sometimes benefit from, hours and hours of discussion or reflection. Practical use of critical thinking does require a process and a commitment to using the approach. In this workshop there will also be consideration of the tool that experts believe is the difference between leaders and good leaders. Like any mental discipline, critical thinking with emotional intelligence is the tool that you can use or disregard – it’s all up to you.
