In this talk, Mikaela Kiner, CEO, Reverb, will explore constructive approaches to conflict, and offer real-world skills you can use immediately. If you want to get better at addressing – not avoiding – conflict, this talk is for you.
Topic: Understanding conflict as normal. A ‘self-change’ approach vs ‘change them’
Skills to effectively communicate your goals and intentions. The power of practice.
