GeekZoneHosting Raspberry Pi Jam Session & Code Carnival 2019

Join fellow coders, builders, and Raspberry Pi makers in an 8 hour all day event Jam Session builder and code-a-thone to celebrate computer science education week 2019.

You will join others in building your Raspberry PI 3 model B Touchscreen kit and getting your Pi online to surf the internet.

You will then join other makers to build cool applications that you can use your PI for.

You will have the chance to participate in the Hour of Code and get your certificate printed.

You will also be able to join or form a project team and compete for prizes from our sponsors for your project.

Our event is inspired by the Raspberry Pi Foundation (Raspberrypi.org), The Hour of Code (code.org) and Major League Hacking (mlh.io) and Computer Science Education Week ( csedweek.org )

ALL ATTENDEES WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT. For complete equipment source list please see OnLineInteractivity.Org. You will need your raspberry pi kit, mouse, keyboard, hdmi monitor, 7″ touch screen & case, power supply, a laptop with a sdram read/write port if you do not have an SDRAM card with the Raspberry Pi operating system on it. It will be helpful if you can bring a power strip and an extension cord as well.
