Hacking HR’s Seattle Chapter will be discussing the differences in Human Resources (Human Capital Management) and Human Experience Management.
We’ll look at how Human Capital Management focuses on operational HR data and it’s method of asking “What is happening” vs “Why is it happening” which is where Human Experience Management steps in. Our goal is to focus not only on understanding the “What” and the “Why” but also address them through the employee experience.
