In this class we introduce you to key aspects of Enterprise products in order to identify how to successfully build, market and sell products and solutions to large organizations.
We’ll cover the full range of requirements for organizations that fall under the umbrella of Enterprise including: corporations, education intuitions (K-12 and Higher Ed), government (local, state and federal), non-profits, and NGOs. Understand the requirements of organizations based on their ecosystem, security and privacy concerns. Learn to map out the complex organizational departments with the use of user and buyer personas.
Whether you have a startup idea that has the potential to grow to Enterprise scale or you are interested in becoming a Product Manager, Product Marketer, or UX focusing on the Enterprise, this workshop will put you on the right track.
