Starting a venture can be a lonely – and incredibly overwhelming – endeavor. A founder wears many hats in the early stages of a venture and must manage a number of different functions, grasp new skill sets on the fly, and meet challenging milestones to qualify for funding. Through it all, it is difficult to know if one is on the right track or where to find reliable wisdom and help.
Fortunately, Puget Sound has many resources that support entrepreneurs in the earliest stages, help them fill in gaps, and provide much-needed strategic guidance and validation along the journey. Our speakers cover a wide range of local incubation and acceleration programs as well as ongoing events of interest. We will discuss focus areas and what entrepreneurs need to do to participate in these programs.
Attendees will have the opportunity to network with a diverse community, and walk away with concrete tactics on how to build momentum with their own business ideas.
