Steven graduated from the University of Washington Information School. He has worked as a professional librarian since 2006. His experience includes public reference assistance at the UW Foster Business Library and at a variety of public library branches in King County. He is an adept at instruction and has presented business database instruction sessions for students at the University of Washington and Green River Community College. He is currently the branch manager of the Auburn Library, part of the King County Library System.
