We’re heading into the third annual Lit Crawl Seattle. Literary mayhem at its finest, Lit Crawl is a literary pub crawl featuring an entire evening of free readings by a veritable who’s who in the Seattle literary scene in bars and cafés, bookstores and art galleries, performance spaces and dance halls across Capitol Hill. This year, we have more than 65 authors at more than 20 readings, with an after party at Hugo House. We can’t wait to see what kind of mischief everyone makes!

State Book Award winner Peter Mountford, Jess Walter, Jonathan Evison,

After the readings, everyone’s invited to the afterparty at Hugo House (9pm
to midnight). The $5 ticket gets you a pint of Georgetown Brewing Company
beer, music by The Drop Shadows, Poem Shop by Matthew Rowe, all the you-pay
drinks you want, access to food truck nosh by Jemil’s Big Easy (open
6-11pm), and select books for sale by Elliott Bay Book Company.
Also, there’s still time to get involved as a volunteer the night of. If
