We have partnered with Seattle Met to bring you a whole week’s worth of knowledge through a series of panels, discussions, presentations, and fireside chats. Some of the most exciting companies and organizations in the Seattle Tech, Food, Music, Design, and Beer scenes will be joining us every day.
On day five, Makers in Music, panelists from various aspects of the Seattle music scene will discuss digital technologies and their impact on the music industry. You’ll hear from thought leaders and acclaimed musicians who rose to fame in Seattle about how the distribution of songs and albums has been shaped by the internet’s free market, how the relationship between record labels and artists has adjusted to the times, and what the future of music looks like both locally and internationally in a digital world.
