Introducing group bundles for Single Day badges! These limited bundles will be available until June 20th at 11:59 PM PT or until they sell out.
BADGE MAILING DEADLINE
Buy your badges before July 14th, 2024 at 11:59 PM PT to avoid the Will Call line and get them in the mail before PAX West. After July 16th, we will not be able to make edits to your mailing address. Please note that badges will not begin to mail until August. PAX Merchandise will mail separately from badges.
POLICIES & GUIDELINES
PAX West has ZERO TOLERANCE for harassment of any kind. If a person engages in harassing behavior, PAX West Staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from PAX West with no refund. Our policy applies to EVERYONE at the convention. Exhibitors, Fans (Attendees), Speakers, Guests, Press, Staff, Enforcers, and Security are all subject to our Code of Conduct.
PAX West Tickets are non-refundable, non-upgradeable. Merchandise purchased online is non-refundable, except in the circumstance of a faulty product. PAX West merchandise can be picked up onsite. Artist concepts for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the final product.
Children ages 6 and younger are free with a paid adult. Please be prepared to show proof of age on-site. Strollers are not permitted on the Expo Hall at any time.
