Every project includes some element of uncertainty. When uncertainty rears its head, it’s easy to throw up your hands at the prospect, getting frustrated or allowing elements of your project to stagnate, but there’s power in not knowing. Agile for example embraces uncertainty as it explicitly acknowledges an accrual of information but it can still be hard to recognize uncertainty as anything other than a detriment, especially in a customer-facing situation.
In this panel discussion we’ll talk about how uncertainty can arrive in a project setting, how to react to it, and how to embrace it both as an inevitability and an asset.
This panel discussion will include developers and designers from inside and outside Substantial, with plenty of opportunity for audience participation as well. Hope to see you there!
