What: TiE Angels Group Seattle or TAGS is an angel investment group formed by Charter Members of TiE Seattle to cater to the funding needs of startups primarily in Seattle and the Northwest region. The mission of TAGS is to act as an intermediary to provide entrepreneurs a means to raise funds for their ventures. TAGS provides early stage investment and support, by leveraging the invaluable experience and network of TiE Charter Members. TAGS will provide a high quality deal flow, and early stage, typically seed or Series A round, funding and investment opportunities to its members, and access to funds, mentorship and guidance from an elite group of TAGS members and TiE Seattle Charter Members.
