The panelists, comprised of people from 4 generations, will explore behavioral styles, work ethics, communication considerations, motivational needs, sales approaches, and leadership techniques that are the most effective with them, facilitated by Ivy Meadors, High Tech High Touch Solutions, Inc.
Delve into how the Generations behave, understand why they do what they do, understand how they think and what makes up their personality, so you can communicate effectively, build rapport and experience others successfully.
This highly interactive session, rich with audience participation, will include thought-provoking and stimulating discussion. You will get the tools for communicating with different age groups from the perspective of the speaker and the listener (audience). You will leave knowing how to sell to the different generations and how to get them to buy also.
