What: Join the HR Community as they discuss NextTech, WTIA’s Workforce Development Initiative. Washington State’s technology workforce is one of the best educated, well compensated, and innovative group of people in the world. But there are not enough of them to go around. Closing the gap between the supply and the demand for talented tech workers is a desire shared across the technology landscape in Washington. With that in mind, the WTIA is launching a committee of technology executives and professionals to develop a strategy and plan to start to address this issue.
On November 1st, WTIA’s educational partners, HR representatives from member companies, and the Workforce Development Committee will be brought together to discuss this pressing issue.
Highlighting a new program that is being introduced to Washington from Northeastern University.
