About Birthday Wishes and How you can Help
Birthday Dreams is a local non-profit organization dedicated to providing birthday parties to homeless children and foster children living in group homes. A grassroots organization driven by passionate volunteers, we have helped over 260 children celebrate their birthdays in the past 2 years. As our volunteer and donor base swells, we look forward to expanding and serving many more children who otherwise would not be able to celebrate their birthdays. Bring themed (ie. Princess, Tinkerbell, Spiderman, Sports, etc) or generic items, Party Games, Balloon Weights / Centerpieces, Wrapping Paper / Tissue Paper / Gift Bags, Filled Goody Bag / Goodie Bag supplies, Books and Gifts for our GPH Birthday Drive on March 31st.

The 60 Day Mind Body Challenge
We are excited to announce our 2nd Annual Mind-Body Challenge that started on March 10, 2011 and will end on May 19th at the Girl Power Hour Event at Pure Barre in Bellevue. This year we challenge you to get your most fit bod during this 2 month time frame (it’s a little bit over two months, but you get the picture). Sami Dinsmore Sweeney from Pure Barre, Tricia Mann Power Team Member, and Zong Her will be encouraging you along the way with our weekly blogs.
