Ashoka Seattle catalyzes citizen entrepreneurs to solve the most pressing social needs of the region. Our vision is a world that responds quickly and effectively to social challenges, and where each individual has the freedom, confidence and societal support to address any social problem and drive change.
Join us on October 27th from 11:30am-1:30pm to experience the social entrepreneurship movement in Seattle. Our keynote speaker, Christopher Gergen, Director of the Entrepreneurial Leadership Initiative at Duke University and Author of Life Entrepreneurs: Ordinary People Creating Extraordinary Lives, will discuss new models of urban business development that spur economic growth and improves lives. Additionally, Ashoka’s Youth Venturers will present their venture plans and demonstrate their impact in the community. Ashoka Fellows will discuss how they are shifting the paradigm in their field. The minimum suggested donation is $150.
