TAO and SeaHUG : GDC 2020 Speaker Practice

The Tech Artist Organization and the Seattle Houdini User Group would like to welcome you to Unity Technologies for a GDC practice run of our GDC speakers from the community.

Not sure you’ll be able to attend GDC? This is a great opportunity to be able to see the relevant talks from our community before they are at GDC. These talks are raw and in development, as the presenters will be honing their craft looking for YOUR feedback before they hit the big stage in San Francisco in March.

Building Access
7:00pm – 7:30pm
Elevators unlocked to get to the 9th Floor of Unity.

Once you exit the elevator you will be buzzed in to the Office, and you will need to sign an NDA. Please arrive before 7:30pm.

IMPORTANT: Elevator access stops at 7:30 pm at the start of the event. So please do not show up late for the presenters sake, and for your ability to get into the event.

HOW TO USE ELEVATOR : The elevators located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the Bellevue Collection’s Lincoln Square South Tower use a Lobby Touch pad to select the floor. Please use the touch screen to press the 9th floor that will be unlocked for the start of the event. The touch screen will tell you which letter elevator to enter from A to H. Inside the elevator there is a little screen on the door frame that tells you the floor you will ascend too. Exit onto the 9th floor Elevator Lobby and you will see the Unity Lobby. A person at the desk will buzz you in.
When you leave just exit into the Elevator Lobby and press Floor 1 or 2. You will not be able to return once you exit the event.
