- Identify your company’s Strategic Sweet Spot – that is how you give your customers what your competitors can’t.
- Write a 30-word (or so) Strategic Statement that communicates your Strategic Sweet Spot.
- Turn the Strategic Statement into a precise, targeted marketing message.
Who: Speaker will be Lynn Trepp – Project Director, Veterans Business Outreach Center
Who should attend?: Entrepreneurs who are starting up companies, business owners who seek increased growth, students and others may benefit from this session. All are welcome to attend!
