What: Confused by the Health Care Reform chatter? Knowing your options is crucial for getting the right care for you and your business. What’s more, knowing your health insurance alternatives can save thousands of dollars in healthcare premiums. This is the year to plan for big changes in 2014 and fortunately for us, Steve Roberts of Wells Fargo Insurance will inform us about your choices and steps you can take to find affordable coverage. At our October 23rd forum, “Thriving in the ObamaCare World,” Roberts will explain in plain English the things you need to know to make healthcare reform work for you. Learn about business tax credits, individual subsidies and what you need to do going forward to avoid tax penalties. This one hour session will leave you positively exhilarated knowing the changes in store and what you’re going to do to thrive in the new normal.
Who: Stephen Roberts is a Sr. Sales Executive and Vice President of Wells Fargo Insurance. His primary focus is working with small to mid-size firms throughout Washington State on their employee benefit needs. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Insurance, Roberts owned his own insurance brokerage business and understood first-hand what it was like to be a consumer of health care insurance and meeting the needs of his own employees. Since President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act in March of 2010 Mr. Roberts has been busy retooling in order to assist his clients navigate through the change. States Roberts, “When it comes to Obamacare, I want employers to not just survive but thrive.” Armed with 30 years in the insurance world coupled with a master degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Mr. Roberts can teach you the steps you need to take to meet the health care reform challenge.
