The Client Service Engineer is a vital member of the Technology Services Group providing operational services to Razorfish’s clients. This client service focused position is technical in nature in a fast paced advertising/marketing environment. The Interactive Trafficker is responsible for technical implementation, troubleshooting and quality assurance of online media campaigns.
Responsibilities: Collaborates with team and client to support client deliverable deadlines, working on assigned projects as needed. Ability to communicate and explain complex ideas to teams, clients, and technical staff (client side, publishers and creative shops). Anticipates client questions and has thought out answers/solutions. Willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to delight the client and deliver excellent service. Technical expert providing in-depth knowledge regarding data tracking and trouble shooting of online advertising campaigns. Extensive modification of rich media creative for the purpose of proper tracking and serving. Owns creative quality assurance including testing functionality and setting up advertising campaigns for flawless execution and assist creative process including reviewing creative executions for adherence to publisher specs. Continuing expansion of expertise in the areas of third party ad serving, ad serving systems, rich media technologies, data tracking technologies and all other relevant areas. Expert in ad serving customer targeting technologies for consultation and execution. Follows process and procedures for successful client campaign execution. Owns area of expertise (Rich Media, email, Search, etc) and can confidently answer client/team questions. Share technical learning internally to empower multiple cross functional client service teams and others to make informed decisions and find new opportunities for our clients. Advanced knowledge of Atlas Media Console. Including; QA and reconcile creative with Media Plan, Action Tag creation and QA prior to campaign launch, Upload/create creative & ads, and ad assignments and trafficking. QA and troubleshooting advertising campaigns Investigation, documentation and resolution of technical concerns with publishers and clients.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of Flash, HTML, JavaScript. Excellent communication skills; written and verbal. The ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Strong aptitude for identifying problems and areas of improvement. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven work environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Education in web development, internet and/or traditional marketing preferred.
