What: Appature is a fast-growing Seattle-area startup that is changing the way companies look at Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) in the Healthcare industry. We are dedicated to building innovative products that bring the ease of use of consumer applications into the complex world enterprise software. We’re looking for an amazing User Experience Designer who is able to handle both interaction and visual design.
Responsibilities: Design application interfaces based on requirements specifications. Work with program managers to design wireframes and interaction models. Own design guidelines for Appature’s flagship Healthcare Marketing Management application. Develop and maintain design mockups, usage scenarios, prototypes, specifications, and other design documents. Work with feature development teams to ship product releases in accordance with design specifications. Work with sales and marketing to develop customer facing content and materials for presentations, marketing materials, and website updates. Help to change the face of enterprise software.
Requirements: 1-3+ years experience in a user experience or interaction design role. High degree of creativity. A portfolio of previous work. Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail. Skill in visual design using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. Prototyping skills using tools like Flash or Dreamweaver, HTML and CSS.
