Position: Online Marketing Associate
Where: Bellevue
What: Efinancial is looking to add an Online Marketing Associate to our creative and pasionate Marketing Department.
Responsibilities: Your primary focus will be on optimizing partner economics and enhancing analytics by utilizing your reporting and analytic skills to run specific marketing campaigns and manage new & existing revenue partners. You will also primarily be responsinble for search, affliates and network.
Requirements: 1-2 years consumer marketing experience required. Bachelor’s degree is required in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field. Insurance product knowledge is preferred. Experience in internet/ search marketing preferred. Experience with test design, response models/segmentation & program evaluation highly desired. Comfortable using measurement and analysis to inform marketing decisions. Strong communication skills verbal and written. Computer literate with intermediate skills in MS Office Suite; Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point, SQL experience a plus; functional understanding of Web technology. Sound analytical and reporting skills. Strong presentation skills. Relationship management skills with external and internal customers. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
