Position: Graphic/Web Designer

What: Rational Interaction is a next generation digital agency focused on helping companies increase customer engagement, raise brand awareness, and ultimately drive purchase decisions through integrated and transformative interactions across multiple channels. We are looking for a graphic/web designer to add to our team.
Requirements:
- 4 + years experience in graphic design preferably with an interactive/UI focus
- Strong design aesthetic in typography, layout, color and use of photography and or illustration
- Strong ability to understand client brand, and create compelling solutions within brand guidelines
- Strong commitment to creating interactive innovative and fresh experiences, yet follow established usability/human interface principles
- Ability to document interactivity and animation through wireframes, storyboards, flowcharts, screenshots and visual design concepts
- Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate designs
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to pitch and explain ideas
- Mastery of Adobe CS3
- High level of comfort with Web-based technologies
Desired:
- Flash or Silverlight experience helpful
- HTML and CSS experience helpful
- iPhone/iPad UI design experience helpfu
