Position: Client Account Manager
Where: Seattle (Downtown)
What: We are looking for a full-time Client Account Manager to be the primary customer interface responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, growing customer relationships, and identifying revenue opportunities with Conenza’s Enterprise customers.

Responsibilities: The Account Manager will also be responsible for providing engineering and product development support and feedback, dissemination of value add and differentiation messages to the accounts, and establishing a defensible barrier to competitors. The right candidate will be creative, driven, customer service oriented, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. They will also be flexible and willing to work outside of regular business hours to support International clients as needed.
Manage ongoing relationships with existing accounts
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts providing exceptional customer service
Provide guidance to clients around community growth and ROI
Represent client needs internally to Conenza Product Management
Identify add-on or up-sell opportunities within accounts.
Coordinate with Account Specialists to ensure a high level of customer support is provided and backup Account Specialists outside of standard business hours and during vacations as needed.
Follow-up on invoicing and accounting issues as needed
Coordinate implementation and launch of new communities
Interact closely with clients to assess their needs post sales handoff
Project manage the implementation effort, user acceptance testing, and launch of the alumni community platform
Work closely with the development team to ensure community is delivered on time
Provide training to clients on how to use administrative features of the platform
Maintain customer communities
Coordinate ongoing data transfers from clients
Manage content posting to sites
Maintain site integrity as it relates to content, tone, voice and ensure new elements are added on a regular basis
Assist QA by verifying features and bug fixes on customer specific test environments
Generate reports to inform clients on effectiveness of alumni programs
Generate monthly reports as to site traffic and provide clients with analysis of alumni traffic and usage
Utilize site and survey data to continually improve the alumni community platform and in turn the user experience
Review reports; identify key conclusions
Coordinate report production and distribution
Use data to increase alumni activation and create new programs focused on alumni retention.
Update Conenza internal reports to include client specific data
Conenza sales/business development support
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in professional services, marketing, or sales
Proficient with Excel and quantitative analysis
Experience with an enterprise technology sales organization as an account manager or relationship manager
Understanding of solution/consultative selling experience from an account management perspective
Highly developed oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills; comfort in interacting with clients at varying levels of seniority
Entrepreneurial initiative
Effective time management and organizational skills
Strong, positive attitude and work ethic desired.
Ability to work outside of regular business hours
Ability to travel on occasion
