Position: Online Marketing Manager
Where: Seattle
What: Zillow is looking for a creative, analytical, driven, and passionate marketer to lead Zillow’s acquisition efforts across all businesses and channels. This role will be responsible for the setup and management of all aspects of online advertising (search, display, social, mobile), analyzing acquisition program effectiveness, and conducting attribution and cross-channel analysis. Key to success is a passion for both online and consumer marketing, an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a natural ability to work and play well with others.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement and manage online marketing programs (across search, display, social, and mobile) focusing on building awareness, reducing costs of customer acquisition
Manage online budgets, forecasting monthly goals and ensuring that they are achieved.
Oversee the development and testing of creative. Partner with internal design and engineering resources to deploy and track performance.
Optimize campaigns, bidding strategies, and keyword management.
Research and Recommend best practices for targeting, keyword expansion, and competitive research
Develop actionable insights from analytics, test programs and historical marketing efforts
Provide frequent communications to executives regarding online marketing efforts and related performance metrics
Qualifications:
Deep knowledge of online marketing generated through 3-5 years of consumer outbound marketing
Hands on experience creating and managing campaigns across display, search, and social
Strong analytic skills including understanding of statistics
High attention to detail.
Strong consumer instincts.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus
