Position: Front-End Web Developer
Where: Seattle (Pioneer Square)
What: Bright Spectrum is a 10-year old .NET based web development company. Looking to add an experienced front-end developer to our small team. This is a 3-month contract to full time hire position.
Responsibilities: Turning design concepts into HTML for both custom developed web sites, for websites using a content management system and ecommerce sites. Additional responsibilities will include populating web site content and managing site maintenance requests. Being a small company other responsibilities will come along so the candidate must be flexible and willing to jump in and learn new things.
Requirements: Need to posses all basic skills and knowledge of web development. Including the use of well-formed, hand-coded XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery. Looking for a minimum of 2 years of “real-world” web development. Must have experience using .NET masterpages and maintaining and skinning of web content management systems and ecommerce platforms. Skills and some fimiliarity with ASP.NET is desired but not required.
