Responsibilities:
- Primary point-of-contact between Publishers and NOA Licensing Department
- Manage the execution of key marketing integration opportunities on behalf of NOA Licensing
- Support Licensees in all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
- Act as primary outward-facing representative of NOA Licensing with all third-party partners
- Leverage key first-party marketing initiatives on behalf of Licensees
- Communicate with internal marketing teams to maximize support of licensed products
- Evaluate Licensee requests for marketing and event support
- Manage the Marketing team in the development and implementation of marketing plans and projects for new and existing initiatives
- Establish and maintain priority list of key third-party titles and advocate on behalf of Licensees
- Monitor, analyze and report on all marketing activities and results
- Creation and execution of marketing funding agreements, as well as invoice review and approval
- Present and demonstrate department messages and priorities to other internal NOA departments
- Communicate with NCL and NOE to ensure consistent global licensing positioning
- Manages assigned staff, processes and activities including providing feedback, guidance, training and task direction
- Up to 20% travel
Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing, advertising and promotional practices and procedures
- Strong analytical skills, effective organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
- Attention to detail with focus on accuracy
- Ability to develop and nurture strategic relationships
- Familiarity with licensing structure or previous relations with Licensees (helpful but not required)
- Five to eight years’ increasingly responsible work experience
- Strong follow-up skills
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent
