Responsibilities: The Marketing Programs Manager will manage end-to-end marketing programs for Hubspan’s channel partners, working closely with the business development, sales and marketing teams. In addition to creating and implementing overall partner marketing programs, this role focuses on lead generation campaigns for our joint solutions with partners. The primarily objective is to make sure Hubspan is integrated into every possible program and event related to our partnerships and obtaining qualified leads that convert to sales. You will own the marketing portion of the partner scorecards, marketing program schedules, and marketing cadence meetings with partners.

Key Duties:
The Marketing Programs Manager must be able to communicate effectively across all areas of the company. You will report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with the sales and business development teams to define partner programs and leverage the full marketing mix for success. This position must operate at both strategic and tactical levels, developing strategic plans and then executing on those plans. Responsibilities include:

 Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans for channel partners including internal cadence communications, external communications, and lead generation programs resulting in increased lead generation and drive qualification and conversion to sales
 Develop external and internal sales tools, such as sales presentations, ROI models, sales scripts, vertical or industry-focused campaigns, white papers, product demonstrations, and other materials as needed
 Provide in-depth product and competitive analyses for use in both product strategy and sales/marketing positioning
 Knowledge and experience marketing solutions in one or more of the following areas: E-Commerce, Supply Chain Automation, Payment Automation, e-invoicing, and CRM Systems.
 Assist with packaging and pricing our solutions for specific targeted partners
 Work collaboratively as a single virtual team with business development and sales personnel across partnership organizations
 Optimize Hubspan’s presence and marketing benefits within partner organizations and activities
 Create customer evidence programs and case studies based on joint customers with partners
 Analyze potential partner relationships in conjunction with Business Development
 Increase awareness, market leadership and sales of partner solutions
 Assist respective public relations initiatives with partner teams

Requirements:
The requirements of this role include strong marketing experience in the technology industry and successful management of channel marketing programs. Specific experience in management of lead generation campaigns as well as building relationships with channel partners is critical. The successful candidate will have the ability to translate highly technical information into marketing programs and materials. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
 Minimum of 5 years marketing experience with at least 2 years in the technology sector
 Ability to think creatively about marketing opportunities, and create the business case (cost-benefit) for an idea ‘
 Understanding of lead generation programs with experience creating and implementing lead gen campaigns
 Strong technical aptitude and history of marketing technology or infrastructure-based solution
 Great relationship building skills with proven ability to forge successful business partnerships that lead to improved revenue
 Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation — examples of previous work optimal)
 Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals.
 Knowledge of and experience with Web marketing principles (SEM, SEO, Affiliate marketing, Email Marketing, Social Media)
 BA or BS Degree required.
