Position: Engagement Strategy Coordinator

What: Copacino+Fujikado, an award-winning Seattle based advertising agency, is looking for an Engagement Strategy Coordinator. Engagement Strategy is the practice of creating relevant connections between brands and their target audiences via paid, owned, earned and found media. The Engagement Strategy Coordinator is a job for bright, organized, enthusiastic people with advertising, media or marketing experience who want to develop a career in an agency.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include:
– Assist Engagement Strategists in developing plans for presentation to clients
– Pull costs from in-house research tools to support planning decisions
– Check accuracy of projected media costs in planning documents and flowcharts
– Process invoices from media vendors in promptly and accurately
– Monitor and report results of online campaign performance
– Help develop post-buy reports and presentations
– Participate in client meetings
– Track trends in Engagement and provides updates to the rest of the team
– Maintain ES Status Report and for schedule weekly status meetings
– Update ES process documentation as necessary but at least annually
– Report to Senior Engagement Strategist
Skills Required
– Computer literacy in Office and comfortable with a variety of web-based and internal computer systems. Training will be provided for the latter but you must be very comfortable with computer-based systems
– Highly organized
– High attention to detail
– Strong math skills
– Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple simultaneous projects
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in advertising or marketing preferred
– Prior work experience within an advertising agency a plus
