What: EveryMove is creating a rewards platform for your health. We enable insurance companies, employers, and brands to provide incentives and rewards based on your healthy lifestyle choices. We partner with and enable devices, apps, services, fitness studios, insurance companies, weight-loss programs and others, so we all can work together to make you the healthiest you can be! EveryMove is looking for a Marketing Manager that can be both strategic and tactical in execution. Position the EveryMove brand story using your experience launching products, running ad campaigns, conducting A/B testing, organizing events and increasing social presence.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Google/Facebook campaigns and analytics
- Event management and Event partnerships/sponsorships
- Copy: Branded / Co-branded material creation
- Analytics (A/B testing, metrics management)
- Project management
- Customer Development: Consumer learning, listening
- Reports to the Chief Executive Officer

Experience Specifications:
- This position requires someone that has a track record of experience (minimum 3 years) leading marketing for entrepreneurial organizations. Experience in health/wellness preferred.
- You need to know how to be tactical. Yes, you should know how Google Analytics works. You should understand A/B testing. You should know how to write copy. This is not a delegation role, but a doer role.
- You need to be maniacally aligned with the empowering the consumer. We must build trust with the end user.
- Demonstrated ability to hit goals/quotas
- College graduate in marketing required.
