We are seeking an Search Coordinator to join our rapidly growing Paid Search team. The successful candidate will assist with the setup and launch of new clients, including technical implementation support and ongoing technical trouble-shooting.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report the success of online marketing efforts to clients using Atlas One Point online marketing toolset and other customized Excel reporting.
- Implement and manage online media campaigns and programs for key clients (e.g., pay-per-click search engine marketing, paid inclusion, and other pay-for-performance marketing).
- Assist with preparing weekly reports for clients, including communicating key metrics, goal attainment, time-based progress comparisons and completed/planned activities.
- Analyze and report keyword/listing performance based on specific metrics using Excel pivot tables and recommend action (e.g., keyword deletion, bid changes, copy changes).
- Maximize all available internet search inventory through effective keyword and URL feed expansions.
- Work closely with development team to monitor and ensure accuracy of reported data.
- Is certified by Google as proficient on their tools/processes.
- Ensures quality of deliverables through developing and adhering to media process.
Requirements:
Language Skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common industry and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, agencies, or members of the business community.
- Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY - Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Required Experience: - College or university program degree; relevant work or internship.
- One year of online or paid search advertising is a plus.
