Position: Marketing Manager
Where: Downtown Seattle
What: Zillow is expanding its marketing team, and they are looking for an experienced marketing professional to drive lead and sales acquisition campaigns. The ideal candidate has a successful track record creating, launching, and analyzing effective online, email and direct marketing campaigns. You’ll be a part of cross functional team that works across marketing, sales, business intelligence and product teams. Responsibilities:
- Manage the set-up, analysis, and optimization of lead generating marketing campaigns (across online, email, content, and direct marketing channels)
- Develop content for email and direct marketing campaigns
- Analyze new and existing campaign results and trends to recommend next steps and best practices
- Work with a cross functional team to implement and manage new marketing tests
Requirements:
- Knowledge of multi-channel marketing through 5+ years of online acquisition development and management
- Experience managing email, direct, and online marketing campaigns
- Creative writing skills (experience with content, social, and email campaign creation)
- Strong analytic skills and the ability to dig deep in data
- Experience working with a cross functional team
- Ability to adapt with changing business needs
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economic or statistics; MBA preferred
