Position: Marketing Manager

Where: Downtown Seattle

What: Zillow is expanding its marketing team, and they are looking for an experienced marketing professional to drive lead and sales acquisition campaigns. The ideal candidate has a successful track record creating, launching, and analyzing effective online, email and direct marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the set-up, analysis, and optimization of lead generating marketing campaigns (across online, email, content, and direct marketing channels)
  • Develop content for email and direct marketing campaigns
  • Analyze new and existing campaign results and trends to recommend next steps and best practices
  • Work with a cross functional team  to implement and manage new marketing tests

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of multi-channel marketing through 5+ years of online acquisition development and management
  • Experience managing email, direct, and online marketing campaigns
  • Creative writing skills (experience with content, social, and email campaign creation)
  • Strong analytic skills and the ability to dig deep in data
  • Experience working with a cross functional team
  • Ability to adapt with changing business needs
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economic or statistics; MBA preferred
