Position: Partner Marketing Specialist

What: Blue Nile is looking for a passionate and talented Partner Marketing Specialist who will drive revenue and new customer acquisition through the strategic partnerships. They are looking for a hard-working team player with a positive attitude who can bring thoughtful leadership, technical skills and passion for the consumer experience to this role. The position requires strong analytical and online marketing skills, solid interpersonal communications, account management, and business development skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, negotiate, and implement partnerships that drive revenue and new customer acquisition
- Coordinate technical integration and creative needed for adding new offers, products and features to support partner efforts.
- Measure the return on investment (ROI) from ongoing partner campaigns, and develop recommendations for future campaigns
- Monitor tracking data and identify/resolve any discrepancy issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+years e-commerce experience
- Prior partner marketing experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with intermediate knowledge of excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on team work preferred
