Position: Online Marketing Manager
Where: Downtown Seattle
What: Zillow is looking for a creative, analytical, driven, and passionate marketer to join Zillow’s customer acquisition team. This individual will assist in the management of digital advertising (search, display, social, and mobile) and deeper analysis of campaign effectiveness. A passion for online and consumer marketing along with the ability to work with a fast-paced, cross-functional team are critical to success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the set-up, analysis, and optimization of online marketing programs (across search, display, social, and mobile)
- Help with the development of new marketing initiatives and work with internal teams and partners to test and learn new strategies
- Assist with A/B and multivariate testing set up and performance analysis
- Research and recommend best practices from analytics and ongoing testing and historical programs
Requirements:
- Knowledge of online marketing generated through 3-5 years of consumer outbound marketing
- Hands on experience creating and managing campaigns across display, search, social, and mobile • Strong analytic skills including understanding of statistics
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Experience working with a cross functional team
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics or statistics; MBA a plus
