Position: Paid Search Manager

What: The Paid Search Manager is responsible for all aspects of paid search from strategy development, implementation, optimization, reporting and analysis as well as the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns (PPC, pay per click), banner advertisements service offerings on multiple channels including Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage all detailed aspects of client’s day-to-day paid search campaign activities. The candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in online marketing with a heavy focus on paid search management across multiple channels. This individual should possess a great depth of tactical knowledge in paid search services.

Responsibilities:
- Research and develop paid search campaign strategies and plans for our clients.
- Create detailed paid search proposals to meet client goals.
- Manage accounts to ensure all project deliverable deadlines are met.
- Ensure that the expectations of the clients are met.
- Facilitate the management and growth of paid search accounts.
- Analyze and report on Pay per Click campaign results and present to client by documented reports and presentations.
- Develop and enhance the process of paid search offerings.
- Develop and maintain understanding of marketplace dynamics and key players, and communicate to internal and external customers.
- Provide wire framing and work with external and internal creative resources to develop effective designs for all post-click landing experiences.
Requirements:
- Expert in the application of paid search and search engine marketing practices.
- Experienced with paid search keyword research, campaign construction, daily optimization, test plan construction, and in-depth analysis is required.
- Experienced in creating and presenting campaign reports including ROI, conversion rates, etc.
- Advanced proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Microsoft Excel, and other Paid Search, Web Analytics applications.
- BA from accredited college or university
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in paid search operations with an understanding of web analytics.
